OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
This statement, as required by the Health & Safety at Work Etc Act 1974 and Environmental Act 1995 supplementing the Company’s Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental Policy Document, shall apply to all Company employees and subcontractors. The advice of management, employees and trade organisations has been sought in formulating this Policy.
The company has successfully accredited under the Constructionline, CHAS and SafeContractor schemes which audits and recognises excellence in Health & Safety.
All levels of management have received the appropriate Health & Safety Training commensurate with their responsibilities to ensure that, as far as is reasonably practicable, a continuing high level of Health, Safety and Welfare is maintained for all employees, subcontractors, third parties and members of the general public. The provision of safe systems of work, adequate plant and personal protective equipment is integral to the Company’s Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems as required by The Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1992 (rev 1999)
The Company undertakes to make available sufficient funds to meet all reasonable requirements of operating the Health & Safety Management System.
